Sisters, Courtney and Sadie, grew up in a tiny rural town in central Indiana. There were no close neighbor kids to play with so they had to rely on each other for entertainment. Both have always been fascinated with all things scary. This probably started when Courtney, who was maybe 7 or 8, would beg her father to let her pick out the scariest movie at the video store and he would relent. When they got older they would entertain themselves with a homemade Oujia board used to talk to ghosts, which worked a little too well most of the time. They have both been fascinated with true crime and horror for as long as they can remember.
Courtney primarily works in video production and lives with her wife and two Pugs in a cabin by Lake Michigan. To fill the maddening space while waiting for client responses, she listens to true crime podcasts and has, as a result, listened to them all.
Sadie is currently a stay-at-home mom of two young boys and lives with her husband and giant Bernedoodle in central Indiana. She barely has time to shower these days but somehow still finds time to consume every true crime podcast and murder show ever. Priorities.
